“when we come upon a non-Jew who is not keeping the seven [Noahide] laws, and we kill him out of concern for the keeping of the seven laws, it is not prohibited.”
Charges Unlikely for Advocates of Killings
May 25, 2012
[Israeli] Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein is tending toward not prosecuting the author or endorsers of the controversial book “Torat Hamelech,” Haaretz has learned.
The book, written in 2009 by Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira and Rabbi Yosef Elitzur, was endorsed by two other rabbis, Yitzhak Ginzburg and Dov Lior. The authors describe it as a discussion of Jewish law on the conditions under which it is permissible to kill a non-Jew in times of war and peace.
The book’s publication led to the launch of a criminal investigation against the four rabbis for incitement to racism and violence.
According to one [of many genocidal] statement[s] in the book, “when we come upon a non-Jew who is not keeping the seven [Noahide] laws, and we kill him out of concern for the keeping of the seven laws, it is not prohibited.”
Weinstein is expected to explain that he is basing his decision on limiting the use of criminal law as a tool to deal with offenses involving freedom of expression, particularly in light of the fact that the statements were made as part of a religious tract, as general statements, and the book mentions neither the word “Arab” nor the word “Palestinian.”
|During his pilgrimage to Counterfeit Israel shortly after the 2009 Israeli Gaza Massacre, the fanatical philojudaic Pope Benedict XVI and messianic lunatic Benjamin Netanyahu posed for this bizarre photo.|
Prime Minster of Counterfeit Israel Benjamin Netanyahu recently visited the Mercaz Harav, the yeshiva of the first Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of British Mandate Palestine, Abraham Isaac Kook. The yeshiva gifted Netanyahu with a correspondence between his grandfather, Rabbi Nathan Mileikowsky and Rabbi Kook. Rabbi Kook taught ‘Jews’ to, “begin to shake off the dust of exile by our own efforts, through natural, historical processes … that we have a sacred duty to try to do so by whatever means are at our disposal,” and that it is “the End [redemption] that is forcing us,” a delusion that Netanyahu so clearly labors under.
In October of 2008, Pope Benedict and Cardinal Martini invited Rabbi She’ar-Yashuv Cohen, a student of Mercaz Harav and protégé of Rabbi Kook, to teach on Scripture at a synod of bishops which we commented on HERE, HERE, and elsewhere. Rabbi She’ar-Yashuv Cohen is also a member of the bilateral commission of the Chief Rabbinate of ‘Israel’ and the ‘Holy’ See’s Commission for Religious Relations with ‘The Jews’ which in 2007 recognized the Talmudic ‘Noahide laws’ and in 2012 hosted former chief economist of the Bank of ‘Israel,’ Dr. Meir Tamari (who upholds rabbinic teaching that ‘Jews’ should receive interest free loans while ‘non-Jews’ should pay usury) to speak on his “vision for a just economic order.” Rabbi She’ar-Yashuv Cohen was highly visible at the Pope’s 2010 visit to the synagogue of Rome and at the 2011 Sant Egidio “International Meeting of Prayer for Peace.”
What specifically concerns liturgy-centric traditional Catholics is that Pope Benedict changed the ancient Holy Week liturgy as a concession to the Chief Rabbinate of ‘Israel’ of which Rabbi She’ar-Yashuv Cohen, disciple of Rabbi Kook, acts as chairman.
Netanyahu receives grandfather’s letter to rabbi Kook
Gil Hoffman – Jerusalem Post

Mileikowsky, like his grandson, was known worldwide as a Zionist orator.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu received an emotional gift late Sunday: A letter his paternal grandfather, rabbi Nathan Mileikowsky, wrote in 1933 to Ashkenazi chief rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Kook.
Ahead of Netanyahu’s Jerusalem Day speech at the Mercaz Harav yeshiva, its dean, Rabbi Yaakov Shapira, presented the prime minister with the letter in which Mileikowsky asked Kook to help clear rightist Zionist leader Abba Ahimeir, who was falsely accused of assassinating leftist Zionist leader Chaim Arlosoroff. Kook agreed to help in his response, which Shapira had framed together with Mileikowsky’s letter.
Mileikowsky, like his grandson, was known worldwide as a Zionist orator.
Shapira’s message in presenting the gift was that the prime minister should not give up his loyalty to the Land of Israel that he received from his grandfather and his father, Benzion Netanyahu, who died three weeks ago.
Netanyahu said it was emotional to receive the letter, which he had not known existed. He promised never to abandon his commitment to Jerusalem. “There are those who say that to guarantee our future we must divide Jerusalem,” he said in a reference to former prime minister Ehud Olmert.
“I say, to guarantee our future, I will make sure that Jerusalem remains our undivided capital.” Netanyahu added that when he hears world leaders tell him not to build in Jerusalem he thinks of King David, who he said “built this city before their nations existed.”
“One must take this occasion to express the deep hope that leniency will be denied” to anyone who does not accept the [Second Vatican] council’s teaching and “that there will be no being content with fake, quasi-adhesions accompanied by evident verbal and mental reservations to the teaching of the Second Vatican Council in general and to ‘Nostra Aetate’ in particular.”
Last year we noted that the Israeli tribalist Fr. David Jaeger was installed as a prelate auditor of the Roman Rota, the highest court of the Catholic Church. We noted Jaeger’s candid admission that at the Vatican court he would be as loyal to the people of Counterfeit Israel and the nation of Counterfeit Israel as any other Israeli working for a supranational body, mentioning the interesting example of Israelis working at the International Monetary Fund as a reference as to how his tribal loyalty would manifest itself as he works at the Vatican’s highest court. We appreciate the candor because it reveals the farce of the court historian portrayal of the court ‘Jew’ as a turncoat and lays bare the previously well hidden reality.
Jaeger was a key figure in the Vatican’s official recognition of Counterfeit Israel of 1993, a typically raw deal where the gangster state was afforded undeserved credibility by the venerable 2000 year-old Church institution and Catholics got nothing except spat upon. This can only last so long, however. Whatever residual credibility the Vatican may be coasting on presently that was not lost in the pedophilia scandal is being squandered entirely in the massive Zionist vortex of consumption.
Jaeger’s suggestion that without Vatican II and Nostra Aetate ‘The Jews’ are in danger of annihilation by violent mobs of ‘non-Jews’ fueled by Christian theological hatred of ‘Jews’ is itself a form of hatred of the historical Church and the Christian people; a blood libel. Always the double standard. And Jaeger’s appeals to victimhood as he sits at the head of the Vatican’s highest court inciting an inquisition against Catholics strains chutzpah beyond most previous wild examples.
Jeager’s work, like that of the misnamed ‘Opus Dei,’ is the relativisation away of the the Church’s past authoritative teachings and making an absolute out of a document lobbied for by haters of the Church and the Gospel--Jules Isaac, B’nai B’rith, AJC, WJC, etc., etc,–and co-written by a rabbi who admitted that he wanted to attack Christians’ souls.
Church should not accept members who deny Vatican II, official says
ROME (CNS) — The Second Vatican Council’s teaching, particularly on Judaism and other religions, is rooted in traditional Christian theology and the Bible, and the Catholic Church should not offer concessions to those who do not accept its teaching, said an Israeli-born Franciscan who serves as a judge on a top Vatican court.
Msgr. David Jaeger, a judge at the Roman Rota, defined as worrying a tendency, “here and there in Catholicism, to look leniently upon stray groups that are marginal but well-publicized who denounce the doctrine of the council, including the declaration ‘Nostra Aetate'” on the relationship of the church to non-Christian religions.
Msgr. Jaeger, who grew up in a Jewish family, spoke about “Nostra Aetate” during a conference on the Second Vatican Council at Rome’s Opus Dei-run Holy Cross University May 3-4.
“While often presented as if it were absolutely new,” he said, the teaching of “Nostra Aetate” “perfectly corresponds to the most ancient intuitions of Christian theology” when it affirms “there can be, and in particular cases, are elements of truth and holiness” in other religions, he said. In addition, the document emphasized that Judaism [the religion which teaches Jesus got what he deserved at Calvary] has a special status, which “already was extensively explained by St. Paul, particularly in the Epistle to the Romans” [a ridiculous falsehood. St. Paul addresses a remnant of Israelites, not the Pharisaic religion of Judaism that revels in responsibility for Jesus’ execution].
The council’s document explained the church’s “doctrine on Judaism, the only religion which, while not knowing Christ, has its origins in biblical revelation, which is why the church does not regard it simply as a ‘non-Christian religion,’ but ascribes to it a unique status,” Msgr. Jaeger said [falsely. Judaism has its origins in the Pharisees and the Mishnah and their making the Bible of no effect].
While recognizing the unique and special relationship between God and the Jewish people, he said, the council did not say say that Judaism was a “parallel path to salvation” and it did not deny that somehow, in the end, all salvation would be accomplished through Christ.
Obviously motivated by the horrors of the Holocaust, but also by centuries of injustices and persecution of Jews “by those who called themselves Christians and believed they therefore could justify their brutality, the declaration took care to severely condemn such conduct and to highlight the complete illegitimacy of supporting it with any reference to Christianity,” he said.
“The proof of Nostra Aetate’s effectiveness is that it seems strange to have to say it today,” the monsignor said.
However, he said, “One must take this occasion to express the deep hope that leniency will be denied” to anyone who does not accept the council’s teaching and “that there will be no being content with fake, quasi-adhesions accompanied by evident verbal and mental reservations to the teaching of the Second Vatican Council in general and to ‘Nostra Aetate’ in particular.”
“In fact,” he said, “the extreme gravity of the counter-witness of those who have, for centuries, abused the name of Christ and the term Christian to persecute and oppress the Jews must never be forgotten or underestimated in any way.”
It’s not expected that anything more than token gestures against exploitation of non-Judaic human beings can come from a fundamentally Two-Tiered State.
Israel will Train Italian Teachers to Teach About Holocaust
Gil Ronen – Arutz Sheva
June 13, 2011
Education Minister Gideon Saar and his Italian counterpart, Mariastella Gelmini, signed cooperation agreements Monday for training Italian teachers in Holocaust education, and for bilateral youth exchanges. The agreements were signed in the course of today’s joint Israeli-Italian government meeting in Rome.
The agreement on training Italian teachers in Holocaust education is the first of its kind. The Italian Education Ministry will, on an annual basis, select teachers to attend special training at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. These teachers will then teach the subject in Italian secondary schools. Previous training in teaching the Holocaust has been carried out in non-governmental frameworks.
Minister Saar said that, “Enhancing Holocaust studies around the world, especially in Europe, constitutes a bulwark against forgetting and denying the Holocaust.
According to the second agreement, a joint steering committee will be established to work on advancing bilateral youth exchanges. Education Minister Saar said that, “It is important to strengthen the deep links between Italy and Israel by boosting the brave friendship between our peoples. Friendly meetings between youth will help guarantee future relations.”
Another agreement signed Monday between Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and his Italian counterpart, Franco Frattini, also provides for the advancement of bilateral cooperation in the fields of education, research and higher education.
Israeli undercover agents boast of killing Palestinians on TV
JERUSALEM (Ma’an) — Undercover Israeli intelligence officers appeared on national television Saturday to talk about assassinating Palestinians in a program broadcast on Israel’s Channel 10.
Oren Beaton presented a photo album of Palestinians he killed during his time as a commander of an undercover Israeli unit operating in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Beaton explained that he kept photos of his victims.
“This is a photo of a Palestinian young man called Basim Subeih who I killed. This is another young man. I shredded his body, and the photo shows the remnants of his body,” he said.
The TV program also featured an undercover agent referred to as “D”, who openly admitted killing “wanted Palestinians.”
He complained of suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and said that the state had rejected his demands for compensation.
The Channel 10 presenter appealed to the Israeli government to meet the agent’s demands.
“Those are the Shin Bet agents we only hear about and never see, and thanks to them we live safely,” she said.
The report was filmed in the Palestinian territories, and showed agents wandering around the streets of Ar-Ram in occupied East Jerusalem with handguns under their shirts, illustrating that the agents were still operating in Palestinian cities.
The agents, who speak fluent Arabic, are shown surrounded by masked Palestinian collaborators secretly deployed to the area to protect them.
The program provided previously unconfirmed details about the operational methods of undercover agents.
The report explained that officers conducted surveillance before an assassination, investigating the target’s friends and classmates.
Agents would even ask about the target’s favorite meals and habits at home, the report said.
In this way, agents would put together an image of the target’s behavior and routine.
Agent “D” said officers would then “seize the target and wait until the commander arrives to confirm his identity. Then we shoot him.”
This confirms previous accounts from Palestinians who have said they witnessed Israeli agents shooting Palestinians at point-blank range.
