Archbishop Dolan Replaces Cardinal Keeler as USCCB Judas Goat

October 23, 2009

The rabbis and their Judas Goat accomplices believe that numbers and dates empower their schemes. But whatever power they have derives directly from ‘Christian’ neglect of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If the salt lose its savor, wherewith shall the earth be salted? (Matthew 5;13) And as Pope St. Pius X echoed, “In our time more than ever before, the chief strength of the wicked lies in the cowardice and weakness of good men … All the strength of Satan’s reign is due to the easygoing weakness of Catholics.”

New Moderator of Catholic-Jewish talks named

Spero News

Friday, October 23, 2009

Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan of New York has been named Moderator of Jewish Affairs for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), succeeding Cardinal William H. Keeler, Archbishop-emeritus of Baltimore, in that role.

Cardinal Francis George of Chicago, USCCB president, made the appointment, which is effective November 11, and is for five years.

In announcing the appointment, Cardinal George noted the New York Archdiocese’s “long history of cooperation and friendship between Catholics and Jews.” In addition, said Cardinal George, “Since the Second Vatican Council, important strides in this relationship have been made through dialogue and collaboration in countering racism, anti-Semitism and other offenses against human dignity,”

Cardinal George said in the letter of appointment. “Our Episcopal Conference, through the leadership of your predecessors in New York, and especially through the tireless and generous service of Cardinal William Keeler, has sought to contribute to the work of reconciliation between the Church and the Jewish people after centuries of mutual estrangement. While we look back with gratitude on nearly a half century of progress in these efforts at healing and renewal, we also know that important and pressing challenges lie ahead for us.”

Cardinal George said news of this appointment will be appreciated by the Bishops of the United States, as well as by friends and colleagues in the Jewish community who have come to know Archbishop Dolan as a good listener and faithful interpreter of the historic ties that bind the two communities together.

“Above all else,” Cardinal George said, the Jewish community will find Archbishop Dolan to be “a friend who communicates the joy of his own faith, while at the same time conveying profound respect for the spiritual gifts of the other.”

Archbishop Dolan will join Cardinal Keeler on November 11 for the semi-annual USCCB’s consultation with the National Council of Synagogues. This will be the last Catholic-Jewish meeting at which Cardinal Keeler serves as co-chair.

USCCB States Principles for "Dialogue" Fraud

October 7, 2009

http://www.usccb.org/seia/StatementofPrinciples.pdf

http://www.usccb.org/seia/ResponsetoRabbis.pdf

The USCCB has retracted this statement from an earlier document, “A NOTE ON AMBIGUITIES CONTAINED IN REFLECTIONS ON COVENANT AND MISSION”:

“Though Christian participation in interreligious dialogue would not normally include an explicit invitation to baptism and entrance into the Church, the Christian dialogue partner is always giving witness to the following of Christ, to which all are implicitly invited.”

http://www.usccb.org/doctrine/covenant09.pdf

Read the original “Reflections on Covenant and Mission” document which is a transparent call for conversion of Christians to the Talmudic “Noahide Laws” and Kabbalistic “Tikkun Olam.”

http://www.usccb.org/doctrine/covenant09.pdf

The USCCB says, “Catholic-Jewish dialogue has never been and never will be used by the Catholic Church as a means of proselytism or a disguised invitation to baptism.” But the rabbis say that “dialogue” is indeed an occasion to convert Christians into “Noahides” as Rabbi Yehoshua Friedman of the “Root and Branch” organization explains:

“Our approach is a VERY STRICT AND LIMITED application of the principle of interfaith cooperation which Rabbi Soloveitchik permits …

We DO NOT discuss with Christians (or other non-Jews) differences or similarities between our religious beliefs (theological “Show and Tell”) and those of other religions (i.e. “interfaith dialogue”).

We DO give rabbis and scholars from the Torah observant community the opportunity to discuss with and teach non-Jews about universal Jewish ethical principles (the Seven Laws of Noah [“Noahide Laws”]) …”

http://www.rb.org.il/RBIS/RBIS%201998/RBIS%201998.10.07.htm

“Dialogue” is a one-way path to disaster.

James von Brunn: The Shimon ben Yohai of "The White Race, " and His Contribution to Holocaustolatry

June 12, 2009

Manchurian candidate, James von Brunn has prepared the altar. Now comes the procession of bishops to incense the idol of Holocaustolatry, once again. The liturgical season of “The Holocaust” never ends.

James von Brunn, like the rabbis, is an anti-Christian racial determinist. He’s mentally programmed to behave in an anti-Christian rabbinic manner. Like the rabbis, who teach that “Amalek” is a genetically programmed enemy of “The Jews” and cannot be reasoned with and therefore must be killed, HERE, HERE, and HERE, so does James von Brunn believe that “The Jews” are genetically programmed enemies of “The White Race” and cannot be reasoned with and therefore must be killed, HERE (scroll to bottom). In essence, there is no difference between James von Brunn and Rabbi Shimon ben Yohai who he paraphrased in the title of his book, Kill the Best Gentiles. But one of these race haters is sainted while the other will live in infamy in accordance with the crazy double-standards of this crazy, racist world, which the bishops honor above all.

And here is Cardinal George sanctifying the “hallowed space” of the U.S. Holocaust Museum and calling for more “education” against every kind of bias (except pro-Judaic bias, of course). No, Cardinal George, the world needs the Gospel, the teachings of Jesus Christ which your elder brothers are attempting to destroy with their “education” and Holocaustolatry.

Cardinal calls shooting at US Holocaust museum ‘appalling’

Friday 12 June 2009

WASHINGTON (CNS) – The president of the United States bishops’ conference called the June 10 shooting at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum that left a security guard dead “appalling”.

James von Brunn, identified as an 88-year-old Holocaust denier and white supremacist, opened fire in the Washington museum and fatally shot guard Stephen Johns, 39, according to The Associated Press.

The shooting “was a deplorable act of violence and a violation of a hallowed space in our nation’s capital,” said Cardinal Francis E. George of Chicago in a statement released June 11 by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops in Washington.

“This tragic incident only serves to reinforce the need for continued education throughout society against bias of every kind, but most especially racial and religious prejudice,” he said.

In a separate statement Archbishop Donald W. Wuerl of Washington said June 11 the murder was “particularly distressing given the museum’s special mission to educate our world about violence and be a living reminder of the harm that comes from hatred and anger.”

“It is our prayer that Mr. Johns rest in God’s eternal embrace and that this loss be a call to each of us for a renewed commitment to building a world of peace and respect for all people,” Archbishop Wuerl said.

The archdiocese collaborates with the museum, the bishops’ conference and other groups each year to train Catholic school educators to teach their students about anti-Semitism, the Holocaust, prejudice and Catholic-Jewish relations.

In his statement Cardinal George said that that “by preserving the memory of the 6 million Jews who died in the Shoah, the museum speaks to the consciences of all who pass through its doors and hear the powerful stories of the innocent men, women and children who lost their lives at the hands of a criminal regime.”

He noted that annually millions of the visitors to the museum “learn of the dangers of unchecked hatred and of the need to prevent genocide wherever it threatens.”

The cardinal, on behalf of the U.S. bishops, offered condolences to the Johns family and said the Catholic leaders are “committed to promoting human dignity and interreligious peace throughout our nation.”

“We echo the words of Pope Benedict XVI: ‘May the Shoah be a warning for all against forgetfulness, denial or reductionism, because violence committed against one single human being is violence against all,'” he said.

Gravity of Holocaust museum not lost on gala event attendees

April 3, 2009

MIKE ISAACS – Sun-Times News

In the end, Thursday night’s Inaugural Gala that started the official countdown to the April 19 opening of the Holocaust Museum and Education Center was about people …about people who lived through and died in the Holocaust, about survivors and their supports who banded together and committed themselves to making the museum happen.

Powell, the keynote speaker at Thursday’s countdown event, recognized the gravity.

The facility, he said, is “a tribute to the millions of tragically lost souls that the building represents, for whom the building now bears witness to their loss and their sacrifice.”

Powell called the Holocaust “a colossal act of arson unprecedented in its scale with genocide its sole and evil purpose.”

His eloquent and moving speech touched on larger issues of discrimination and the need for education. “We must take the memory of the Holocaust today and pass this on to our children and our children’s children,” he said.

J.B. Pritzker, the project capital campaign chairman, said nearly $40 million has been raised.

“How far we’ve come,” he said. “Over 10 years, we’ve seen this museum sprout from an unlikely idea to an international institution. Survivors and their families, people of all faiths and ages, corporate leaders and community activists are all committed to the same goal.”

Holocaust Memorial Foundation President Sam Harris said he is one of many survivors who shared the same outlook in making the museum a reality.

“We believed there was a way to overcome the past rather than let it overcome us,” he said. “Tonight, we stand within reach of what seemed an impossible dream — the creation of a world-class Holocaust museum and education center. This marvelous facility holds our history, the fate of our families, our communities, and the world as we knew it. It shares history so completely and so compellingly that its relevance to the current day is unmistakable.”

Harry Jelen, a member of the Foundation Board and former president of the Second Generation group, remembered having to operate the Main Street museum on a shoestring.

“Here we are hopefully disseminating information to the world that the Holocaust did happen, unfortunately,” he said. “It’s wonderful to have a museum in Washington. It’s wonderful to have a museum in Israel. But here for the Midwest, people will not go there but they will go here.”

Chicago Archbishop Cardinal Francis George said the facility will have value for Catholic schools and parishes. “It will promote a sense of justice and elimination of genocide in the world,” he said. “Denial of the Shoah will open the human race to any sort of violence and hatred. And hatred crosses many lines. Therefore, this is a place for learning for us all.”

Richard S. Hirschhaut, executive director of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, has worked on the project for the last five years.

“We mark the many milestones leading to this long-awaited moment — the opening our magnificent new museum,” he said. “Never before have I been prouder or more humble. For as we gather this evening, we stand on the threshold of truly remarkable achievement.”

David Layman of Glenview helped design the main exhibition in the museum.

“We’re really excited about being able to see this whole thing come together,” said Layman. “Everyone involved in this project have really been the salt of the earth. It’s been for (survivors) that we’ve been pushing so hard to get this opened so quickly.”

Gov. Pat Quinn called the museum and learning center “a hallowed place.”

“It’s very, very important that we understand that it’s a museum where we remember and never forget,” he said. “And it’s also an education center where we bring young people and not so young people — all of us coming together and learning the importance of tolerance, the importance of fortitude, the importance of standing up and making a stand to save human lives.”

Benedict to Offer Words in Response to Clerical Sex Abuse

April 10, 2008

Quoting Cardinal George, Spero News writes:

The Church is still recovering from the scandal surrounding the sexual abuse of children by priests and other Church officials. It’s estimated that the Church has paid out $1.5 billion in settlements to abuse victims. Cardinal George says he expects Pope Benedict to address the issue during his visit.

“It bothers him immensely that children have been abused by priests or bishops,” he said. “This is a complete betrayal of our own office and of Jesus Christ, and of our Catholic people. He’s very clear on that, and I imagine he’ll express it forcefully.” (“Pope to condemn child abuse by priests, bishops” Kent Klein, Spero News, April 07, 2008)

http://www.speroforum.com/site/article.asp?id=14950

These words that Benedict will offer are worth less than nothing. It is akin to arriving at the scene of an inferno and offering “forceful” words against it as if words alone might extinguish the flames. The time is long past for action to be taken, but we see no action. On matters concerning “antisemitism” we see action. We see Church documents produced, Vatican commissions formed, changes in liturgy, theology, seminary training, catechetical material and methods, etc., etc., etc. In the course of 40 years we have seen virtually every aspect of the 2000 year-old Catholic tradition changed according to Judaic sensibilities for the non-cause of “preventing another ‘Holocaust’.”

But there is a real holocaust taking place and it really is being perpetrated by priests and bishops–upon Catholic children. Here we see no substantial action for prevention of future holocausts of sex abuse against children. Indeed, we do see billions of dollars paid out to victims after the fact, causing parishes to close down and enriching the lawyers, but as for preventive measures, policy changes and punishment of responsible authorities, we see nothing.

How is it that nonsensical Judaic concerns receive immediate, constant, sweeping Vatican actions while the victimization of Catholic children receives only words? Jesus said it is by their fruits that you will know them. Benedict’s “forceful” words are worse than useless. Based upon the complete lack of fruits behind them–even while “reconciliation” with “The Jews” simultaneously produces an overabundance of rotten fruit–they’re a mockery.

St. Thomas Aquinas Contra Cardinal George on Offending "the Jews"

October 15, 2007

Cardinal George, interviewed in the National Catholic Reporter Oct. 4, 2007, speaks of today’s fake Jews calling them “ancestors in the faith” and claiming that Christians cannot possibly offend them:

” … the intention is to be sure that our prayers are not offensive to the Jewish people who are our ancestors in the faith. We can’t possibly insult them in our liturgy.”

http://mauricepinay.blogspot.com/2007/10/cardinal-george-induces-double-mind.html

Speaking of true ethnic Jews of Christ’s time, St. Thomas responds:

Article 2. Whether Christ should have preached to the Jews without offending them?

… On the contrary, It was foretold (Isaiah 8:14) that Christ would be “for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offense to the two houses of Israel.”

I answer that, The salvation of the multitude is to be preferred to the peace of any individuals whatsoever. Consequently, when certain ones, by their perverseness, hinder the salvation of the multitude, the preacher and the teacher should not fear to offend those men, in order that he may insure the salvation of the multitude. Now the Scribes and Pharisees and the princes of the Jews were by their malice a considerable hindrance to the salvation of the people, both because they opposed themselves to Christ’s doctrine, which was the only way to salvation, and because their evil ways corrupted the morals of the people. For which reason our Lord, undeterred by their taking offense, publicly taught the truth which they hated, and condemned their vices. Hence we read (Matthew 15:12,14) that when the disciples of our Lord said: “Dost Thou know that the Pharisees, when they heard this word, were scandalized?” He answered: “Let them alone: they are blind and leaders of the blind; and if the blind lead the blind, both fall into the pit.”

… By publicly reproving the Scribes and Pharisees, Christ promoted rather than hindered the effect of His teaching. Because when the people came to know the vices of those men, they were less inclined to be prejudiced against Christ by hearing what was said of Him by the Scribes and Pharisees, who were ever withstanding His doctrine.

http://www.newadvent.org/summa/4042.htm

If the Gospel is not clear enough, St. Thomas Aquinas reveals with stunning clarity the falsehood that Cardinal George promotes. And if true ethnic Jews are not above reproach, as St. Thomas clarifies, what immunity from offense is due to those who say they are Jews and are not and do lie?
